How should I deal with this connections problem?

I have been placing orders with connections for a couple of months and never had any problem until now. I recieved some vouchers and 2 4-day park hopper pluses that i didn't order. I was wondering if I should send it back certified mail or should I sell it on either Dis Auctions or Ebay. I would really like to send it back but I am worried that they may never give me a refund. Like I said, I have never had any problems with connections before but I did read a lot of complaints. Can someone please tell me if they have ever returned and got a full refund?

I have returned to them and I have received a refund. They take a long time to credit though--an entire billing cycle. Be sure to follow the directions for return and send them certified. Good Luck!

I returned unused Seaworld passes for a refund and had no trouble. I would take a copy of them and send certified mail.
