Well My Story Is This...i Was Planning On Staying On Site But Since I Am On A Budget I Might Stay Off Site
It Will Be And My Twin Daughters (3) And I Was Thinking About Staying At The Cypress Pointe Grand Villas..(found A Great Price And With A Kitchen,,big Bonus) I Will Have A Car So Thats Not The Issue. Will It Be Safe For Me To Go With The Kids? I Know I Must Not Let My Guard Down Just Because I Am On Vacation. Just Wondering It The Hotel (well Resort) Is A Good Choice For Me? Thanks Anyone And Everyone

Try asking this on the Off-site resort board- I think it is called orlando lodging or something like that- right under the regular resorts board. There are lots of posts over there on Cypress point. Good luck and have fun.

Have you considered the value resorts? If I were traveling alone with children, I would definitely stay onsite. I always feel very safe at the Disney resorts and in the parks. Pop Century is a great resort for children - very family friendly and depending on what time of year you go, you can get very inexpensive rates. Good luck.

Cypress Pointe is in a good area - I wouldn't feel unsafe at all! Grocery stores are very close, as is a pharmacy and many restaurants. You don't have to go far for anything, and it is a "nice" area - well kept, not in the least bit seedy etc. I'm sure you will be fine! When are you going? I'll be there April 20 - May 4.

thanks all for the posts..i did as java said and posted it at the other thread too. we are goin 4-22thru28.
