How reliable is ART?

I haven't used ART since my last stay at Hojo, which was 2016. Even then, I walked most of the time. Since then I've stayed at hotels directly across the street. But I'm thinking next summer I want to stay at a nicer, off site hotel. How often does ART show up ?

From what I have read recently on the boards, ART is not getting a lot of love lately. For me personally, I don't want to start and end my day in a line waiting for the ART. I think we all spend enough time in the lines at the parks. Excluding the Genie+ professionals. The dedication to your craft deserves high praise.

The other thing for me is the schedule may say a 9:00am pick up but how many other ppl will be already in line say at 8:45 and will I have to wait for the next shuttle.

I would rather book a hotel that has it's own designated shuttle van or take an Uber than deal with ART. Cheers!

When we tried to use ART in 2019 it was very unreliable, and we stopped trying after the second day. It was usually either late or didn't show up at all. Not sure if it's changed since then or not.

There was a thread last week asking about Good Neighbor hotels and the ART buses. Posters' comments were similar to those of SpaceMan5 and Pluto468. I don't see the thread on the first page so it has probably dropped to the second or third page.
