How quickly do vacation details show up online?

Hi all, my mother in law booked a trip online right at 8 this morning with a combination of transferred in points, banked points, etc.. The system let her make the reservation online and gave her a confirmation number, but it is not showing up in her points details as an upcoming trip. Is thiis something she should be concerned about, or is there sometimes a delay? Could this have something to do with using transferred, banked points?

i had transferred in points from one of my memberships to another, we own several contracts, and the trip did not show online. It was confirmed. You can follow up with a call to member services if it makes you feel better. But they explained because the points were transferred in it may not show. I did not have any problem with our reservation.

Thanks! She did just call and confirm, weird they don't show up, but as long as the reservation is actually there, everyone's happy!

You should verify the booking with MS. Unless things have changed, I didn't think that we could see transfered points online and couldn't self book with them.

MS has also had trouble using transfered points when booking for us.

If I were you I'd ask MS to mail me a printed copy of the reservation.

We were told the only reason she could book online and see the points at first was because it was a transfer from the same home resort and from the exact same use year.
