Hi all, my mother in law booked a trip online right at 8 this morning with a combination of transferred in points, banked points, etc.. The system let her make the reservation online and gave her a confirmation number, but it is not showing up in her points details as an upcoming trip. Is thiis something she should be concerned about, or is there sometimes a delay? Could this have something to do with using transferred, banked points?
