How quick does FP for FEA run out? Around what time?

On June 4th, we want to go to HS and only ride ToT and shop around a bit, then spend the rest of the day touring World Showcase. I'm hoping to get a FP for FEA after I tap in to ToT. Are my chances pretty good there will be a late FP available for FEA?

From what I can see now on the TP site: the earliest FP+ available for FEA on June 4 right now is around 3PM. Keep in mind that is before the folks staying offsite have reserved their FP+ at the 30 day mark.

FEA is one of the harder FP to get. I don’t think you will get same day FP, but you might get like cry. Would do ToT at rope drop and FP FEA now.

So same day FEA? For how many people? What time are you planning on riding ToT?

IMO that’s going to be tough. You’ll likely need to do some serious app refreshing to find one.

I agree with the PP's. If ToT is the only thing you want to do at DHS and you are going in the morning, simply ride ToT standby and make an FP+ for FEA. Finding a same-day FEA FP+ will be very difficult.

Do not rely on a third party like TP when it comes to FP+. There's no way for them to really know what's available and what's not, because it changes non-stop. The data they have is highly unreliable.

As for FEA, yes, it's available same day. You may need to do some refreshing, but you should be able to get it. We've done it many times as a 4th, 5th, etc...even during the holidays.

I was there from March 18-24 and was able to FEA a couple times on our trip as a 4th or later fast pass. I had to refresh several times and found an FEA for later in the evening and then just kept refreshing until one showed up for the time I wanted. So it's possible. I spent more time than I would have liked on my phone refreshing, but it is possible.

Thanks all, for the replies. We'll be in WS twice so I will just try refreshing. Hopefully a ride for 2 people will pop up one of those days. If not, it'll be ok too.

If all else fails, you can always just wait in line to ride. I checked yesterday’s stats and the posted wait for standby was down to 20 minutes close to closing time. Disney intentionally inflates the posted times at night so the actual wait was probably only 5-10 minutes.

We'll check out the standby line when we're in Norway. If it's not too bad we'll jump in.

Last two trips did FEA the day of FP+. In January on a fairly busy day we were able to pick it up for around 6 pm, then kept refreshing it until we got it back to 2 pm ... with just enough time to walk there (for 3).

On Tuesday of this week (Spring Break and Easter week = heavy crowds) we were able to pick it up at around noon, again with just enough time to wander there from FutureWorld (for 3). AND the park was packed, the FEA Standby line was out past the Norway courtyard and curved along the wall on main walk towards China.

Refresh is your friend.

Frozen FP's are usually long gone well before 30 days out. But everyday at Disney with people canceling and changing FP's, with refreshing the app over and over, any ride is possible to have a chance to get.

THIS^

Every single option was available this week except for FoP .... but in all fairness we had no plans to go to AK so we didn't pay as close attention. We only looked a couple times when we were going to hop. If it came up we would have gone to it.

I would advise that you RD TOT and make all your FP+ for Epcot and do it now vs trying for same day if FEA is that improtant.

I'm planning it as a sleep in morning so was just going to fastpass tot at noon, shop a bit, maybe lunch at the Hollywood Brown Derby lounge, then boat over to Epcot WS for the rest of the day. It's not really that important we see it. Refresh is the game plan I guess.
