How quick can you find a DVC renter?

I'm in a tough spot and was hoping you all could give me some info/hope.

Bought in Oct of 2019 (June Use Year), so after banking and what not I have my first set of points expiring on May 31. After cancelling and rescheduling our Welcome Home trip 3 times, my last chance is Spring Break (March 27-March 30), but I'm becoming less and less confident that is going to happen. So here is my question:

At what point would it be too difficult to rent this reservation out? The latest I'd make the decision would be the end of February. Its a Garden/Pool view Studio at Boardwalk (76points). Also what would be the be the best way to go about renting it?

At short notice I think you need to expect to need to offer it at bargain rates.

I believe Rent/Trade rules here are 30 days for confirmed bookings but I would double check.

Yea, I wouldn't expect much at that point, but if we could cover the dues we'd be happy.

I would use the rent/trade boards here. You would probably have a better response just renting the points. You could always put two ads one for the points, one for the reservations. You may have to pay $29 to list it.

Price it on the low end.
