I am trying to get reservesation at a site at the Fort from December 27 -13 to January 1-14. Do you guys think there is a possibility for me that someone will cancel?

Anything is possible. You are gonna have to call so often they know your voice and your computer goes to WDW.com by memory.

I would play around with the Disney world site putting in dates and seeing what dates come up and I would book them even if only 4 days come up in the time fame you want...Like December 28-29-30-31... I would add more dates as they come up or open up...until I get the dates that I want, I have done that with resort rooms and it does works...you may have to pay for 1 night on a few of them before you get the all connected. After you get them all you just call and have them put them all together.

A wise old cricket once said,,"If you wish upon a star, makes no difference who you are, when you wish upon a star, your dream comes true."

Okay, so maybe wish'n won't help nearly as much as making a peat of yourself calling Disney Reservations, you ya better get jumping on that phone line right now !
Good Luck.:thumbsup2

Well, that was my original plan, too. However, I have to plan so far ahead for time off from work, and also coordinate with my kids and grandchildren that I decided a "last-minute" trip to the Fort wouldn't work for me. So I'm planning a Christmas 2014 trip. I calculated what "day 499" would be, and called and reserved one day. I've been calling every day since then and adding one more day to my trip. I was just so paranoid that I wouldn't be able to get in this year. Also couldn't get in for thanksgiving this year. So now I'll have 16 months to plan this big trip. Good luck with reservations for this year, and let us know how it goes. I've heard 45 days ahead is a good time to call, because paid-in-full packages have to be cancelled by 45 days ahead to get a full refund. :santa:pixiedust: :mickeybar

Thank you all, i have been trying online and no luck ;( !! I have also heard to check 90 days from
The day because people that have to pay the full amount on the package might cancel
To get a refund.
I need pixie dust!!
