How packed is Beaches and Cream at lunch?

We are hoping to have lunch here on during our December stay at the Boardwalk. We tried for dinner one night, but it was so packed we ended up leaving. Is lunch any better? This would be in mid-December.

Whenever we've tried to eat there its been pretty busy but how about trying for an "off time" for lunch. That's what we are hoping to do with our counter service meals for lunch and dinner - lunch at 11:15 am and dinner at 5:30 pm. A similar strategy may work for you. Have a great trip!
