How old is your house?

Our house is about 64 years old and as sturdy as heck. I'm so ENVIOUS of those with the old old homes The character must totally outweigh the need for little fix ups.

Both my brothers moved to the far far suburbs and build their McMansions - I wouldn't trade them for anything. I love my arched entrance ways, true crown mouldings, and cool angles on the ceilings.

She's a lovely home and is serving us well.

We built our house and it is 5 years/2 months old.

Well I will turn 49 this July.....the house we live is 3 months younger than me....My dad worked for the developer and basically had the house built while they were waiting for me to be born and then finished it those first three months of my life.....after my parents passed away in 2006 my DH and I moved in....we're not always fixing things however we are planning to make some changes to it like build a sunroom off the living room and finish the screened in patio downstairs into a sunroom....we're also planning to eventually update the kitchen to make it my own....My parents redid it back in the 80s and although I like it....it still feels like theirs.

Ours is 8 years old..5 years old when we moved in. So glad not to have to keep fixing things!

Our house is 110 years old and I absolutely LOVE it. It has 3 stories and a wrap-around porch.

Ours is 5 years old in MA and in FL it's a little under 2 years old.

Love them both, custom made.
Hard work has truly paid off!


2 weeks until FL for 3 weeks! Can't wait to get of this frozen tundra!
