How old do you feel?

I'm 54 and wish I felt that young... In my head, I'm still in my 20s, but my body feels more like 90 sometimes.

Normally, I don't think I look as old as I am, but I must be having a bad week; I was in the local grocer the other day, on Senior (65+) discount day, AND THEY GAVE ME THE DISCOUNT! I would have complained, but their prices are normally a little higher than the big chain stores, so I just kept my trap shut and took the discount...

My left shoulder feels about 70, my back feels about 75, and my ankles feel like they are pushing 80.

I wish my body felt (and looked) as young as I am in my mind!

Ugh! I started exercising again today. My body is now feeling it's years! (My mind is still young though).

I am turning 35 next month. I'm surprised that I care, because turning 30 didn't really bother me. I guess it is because I'm moving away from my early thirties and getting closer to 40, and that seems weird. I feel like I'm still 26 or so. I know 35 isn't old (unless you are a teenager or a kid ), but it is a weird feeling...

How old do you feel?

I'll be 35 next month also on the 11th!!! I feel about 27. Except during the hours of 6-8 when things are crazy in my house. Then I feel every bit my age and then some!
