How often is MDE availability refreshed?

We are wanting to modify our reservations checking in on an earlier date. How often do they update resort availability on the website. Right now it shows no availability but hoping that will change. Not sure if it is best to keep checking website or call them direct.

I know this is a questions that will most likely get different answers but still...

I have found it best to check the website and call. Sometimes one will show availability but not the other. In the past I have found availability open up at the 45 day mark as that was when packages used to have to be paid in full. Now that has changed to 30 days out.

My experience has been that usually the CMs see the same room availability that we can see on the website. So I would keep checking the website and call the minute an opening is spotted. That is what I have done and it worked.

As dansdad said, I would check both. I had a situation earlier this year where I wanted to add 1 night to the beginning of our November stay. I checked through the website first, and saw availability, so I called hoping they could just add the 1 night to our reservation. The CM I spoke to said the hotel was fully booked. I told her that I was seeing availability online. She said she was see nothing and she suggested that I book it through the website, since that is where I was seeing it. I ended up with two reservations, but it didn't matter, they let us remain in the same room for the entire stay.
