How often does your room request come through?

We just got back from our TG trip, staying at GF for 5 nights, our room location was absolutely perfect!

I faxed a request 4 days our, for a non-smoking room with a magic kingdom view. we checked in at about 4pm and boy did GF come through. We had a perfect view of the fireworks and water pageant every-night.

As a matter of fact, I really can't complain about getting room requests met, maybe because our requests are not overly complicated. How about you?

In you estimation, what percentage of your room requests are met?

we have stayed with Disney 3 times. Each time we got what we wanted. Only once was there even an issue....

Our first trip to OKW, we were travelling with a baby and it was important to me to have that second bathroom access, which I asked for, top of the list. I also asked to be close to the main pool and lobby. They out us in a room close to the lobby and main pool, but with only the bedroom to bath access. When we called to ask for the important second bath access, they moved us right away, which put us farther from the lobby and pool, but we didnt care about that so much.

We couldnt have asked for anything more at the WL or ASMo.

I just ask when we are checking in with our requests. My requests have been met more times since we stopped faxing our requests.

Agree with SafetyMom anytime I've had a request I've asked at check in and always gotten what I asked for. I don't make a request everytime but once my father in law was with us since he's older asked for closest to food court got AB 14. Quite a few times I asked for connecting/adjoining rooms, have always gotten it. Normally I don't make requests I'm just happy as long as I'm staying at the resort I want.

We have been lucky with getting what we have requested via fax. On our trip this past July, we got exactly what we asked for at AKL. I always put the requests in order of importance and don't ask for too much, pretty much 2 or 3 things. When booking the room we always ask for nonsmoking since both kids have asthma so that is a necessity.

We've always received buiding/views that we have requested (keeping in mind we almost always go in September or early May). We have never faxed requests to a resort. We make our requests when we book our reservation with WDTC /CRO.
