I do every night before bed. If I dont I slobber all over my pillow

I haven't used it in years. I used to have a serious addiction, as weird as that sounds:rotfl: Of all the things someone could get addicted to. I was told there is a thing called "rebound congestion" which actually causes someone to rely too heavily on it to breath. I weaned myself off and haven't used it since

I had to be weaned off through a prescription nasal spray, Lady Godiva. No fun. :(

I rarely touch the stuff now.

I also used to be addicted to it. And worse, I got addicted to the sulfa drops and it eventually caused me to be allergic to sulfa. Now, I use the saline spray occasionally and sometimes the Flonaise spray. The doctor actually said I could use the Flonaise regularly, but I don't.

When I was in 7th grade I had a sinus infection that needed a prescription nasal spray. I think I used it for a week or two and that was both the first and last time I've sprayed anything into my nose.

Only when I am prescribed it for a sinus infection. So maybe a few times over a few days every couple of years.

Not a good idea to use it every day. You might try to go without and drool for a bit, to kick the habit.

I haven't used one in years.

I only use it when the sinus pain gets so bad that I need to take vicodin. I try very hard not to use it because it's so bad for you.
