How often do you tune into C-SPAN? (Not political)

"Laws are like sausages, it is better not to see them being made," Otto von Bismarck

Watching hearings of any sort is frustrating and painful. Instead of asking a question, they make statements. I think it would be very productive if statements were banned, and they could only ask questions of 20 words or less. Violators would immediately be tased by the Sgt of Arms.

Thus, I might watch CSpan a few times a year. HOWEVER, they do some very good original programming. One show was on how coverage of Politicians today includes their personal lives, something they never used to report, because, it was felt it had nothing to do with their jobs.

I check it out about once a month but if there is something happening that I am interested in like a confirmation hearing or something to that effect I'll watch it on C-span.

I am surprised that people have never heard of it. I remember it way back when (pre-internet) and although I didn't watch it I knew it existed.
Sure, I remember it way back when we first got cable. I was a kid, didn't pay attention to stuff. I didn't realize it was still a channel on cable today.

Whenever there are big hearings or votes - I prefer CSpan to any of the other channels for those things. I like to hear things "straight from the horse's mouth."
