I'm starting my exercise program - yet again! I really want to make this a life long habit. I am thinking of different ways to motivate myself to keep moving. I have decided to keep track of minutes of exercise and reward myself everytime I do so many minutes. Question is how many minutes do I have to reach to get a reward? I don't want it to be too easy, but it needs to be often enough to keep me interested. So, does anybody do this kind thing? How often do you reward yourself? Any suggestions are appreciated.
