Once I go off it's real easy to stay off but summer starts here in 5wks (when DS gets out of school) so I need to drop some weight/feel healthier.

How often do you find yourself slacking? and need to get remotivated?
 
I feel myself slacking these last few days , in part because of the weather being so damp and rainy , but I still workout at home a few minutes a day and I don't indulge on things I shouldn't , I'm very willpowered on that, but the weather has a big influence on me , not just in my moods but also on my body , I have osteo arthritis and on days like yesterday I just feel miserable.

Not as often as I used to since I started coming to the WISH board on a regular basis!!!:)
 
I seem to slack off (stop exercising, eat a little more, drink a little more) about every 3 months for about 2 weeks, then I feel a little bit of weight creep back on and I get right back to the program. Sometimes you just gotta take a break. I'm always so glad to get back into my routine that I wonder how I fall out of it in the first place. :rolleyes:
 

Well, so far it has only been once that I slacked off as far as eating something I shouldn't have...I did have to motivate myself more than a couple of times to excersize though!:rolleyes: It seems to be my biggest problem at the moment!! LOL
