Not a poll, just curious
My guy Milo, aka the cutest boy in the world goes about every 2 months, and I trim him in between. He went yesterday . Here he is
We have a mini Aussiedoodle, he gets groomed about every 3 months.
This was taken a year ago, he was a year old when we got him. He had been home groomed by the breeder.
I have 2 Ragdoll/Maine Coon mix cats.
The one has silky fur as she should but the other was the runt of the litter although know she is larger than the other one. IDK if just not being as healthy as a kitten did this but her fur is so thick and coarse in comparison.
I take them for a nail trim every 6 weeks and every other time its also a full groom so they are groomed every 12 weeks.
I'll show a pic of what they look like after not being groomed for a while and a recent pic after I ended up getting the one a lion cut because I figured maybe her fur just needed a reset or something lol. The fur does seem to be growing in a bit softer.
From now on I'll probably just ask for a short trim vs shaving her again.
Yeah, I just paid 60$ plus tip. I find that a hefty price.
The girl ( should say woman ) went to school with my son, she is close by and sends a message when she has an opening. It works for us and for her. I believe she charges 100$ +
Mine get bathed at daycare every 2-3 months. They don't need any trimming or anything, just a bath, brush, and blow dry to get the hair out.
They sleep on my bed, so I don't want to let them go too long.

Whoa yeah $180 every 3-4 weeks does seem excessive.
I guess price may also vary depending on your location.
I'm really lucky for even finding someone that's not too far and does CATS. Even my vet had zero suggestions.
She charges $15 each for the nail trim and $45 each for the full groom that includes bath, brush, cut, and nail trim.
I then add a tip.
But yeah $120+tip per every 12 weeks for 2 cats is well worth it.

It's from Wayfair! It's just a duvet cover, I thought it'd be easier to clean since the dogs are up there all the time. Turns out it really sucks to try to wrestle a king sized duvet into a cover and I just wind up tossing the whole thing in the washer.
We met a maltese mix a few years ago, she was the nicest, sweetest pup! Something I'm keeping in mind when I switch to smaller dogs.
This ill-mannered young lady (Bull Terrier, not mini just on the petite side in stature, not in attitude!) goes every 2 or 3 months. This is her just this AM bravely protecting us from the mama deer & babies that show up every morning.
And this fella (great dane, most mild mannered gentleman you'll ever meet. Unless you are a groundhog, then I can't help you)
gets all his baths and grooming done at home because he is agoraphobic and stresses out to much in strange places so we limit his trips off the farm to as-needed vet visits.
