Every Monday is my "official" weigh in day, and I also do my measurements then, too. I noticed some weeks there is no loss in pounds, but there is in inches. It keeps me from getting discouraged!
The program I'm on suggests every 2 weeks, but I do it every week, mainly to create a routine because I think I'd keep forgetting if I waited longer than that between measuring! I make Wednesday my measuring day.
Even though I measure weekly, I don't make a thorough assessment of my measurements, i.e. calculate inches lost, until the end of the month.
