How noisy is the 100 loop

Checking in on Wednesday and I figured FW will have the most vacancies at that time. Thinking about asking about the 100 or 200 loop when I check in and was wondering how noisy would it be that close to the festivities by the lake. Not to mention Trails End and all. Been in the 500 loop and that was tight. The 700 loop was better last year but just thinking about being closer to the lake.

We have stayed in the 100 loop a few times. It is not too bad, but there is ALOT of people that cut through the 100 loop on the way to other loops. Some are quiet, but some are very noisy. It is usually only bothersome if the parks close late and you are snoozing when the people are cutting through. It can be bothersome in the early morning when people are headed to the boat.

I think you'll find 100 and 200 just as if not slightly more tight.

We love the 100 loop because of it's proximity to the boat launch. However, you do pay the price because there certainly is allot of extra foot traffic. Still...we will be back to the 100 loop on December 1st.

It's not too terribly noisy. You can hear the water parade at night, but that's at about 9, and most people aren't asleep by then. And it is true that it does have it's fair share of foot traffic being that it's right by the dock, but it's well worth putting up with the little bit of noise for the convenience of that loop.

If given a choice, I would take 200 over 100, because.... the sites and the over-all loop doesn't seem as tight as 100, and there is not as much foot traffic as the 100 loop.

Some sites on the 100 loop back up to the golf cart/walking path - so you'll get noise from that, as well. Also, if early deliveries are made to the Settlement Trading Post, the noise can wake the dead!

200 is a little bit more of a walk to the Marina, but not bad and certainly not as far as 700.

Hmm, maybe better to try for the 200 loop. Wife reminded me that when I start passing gass during the night, I frighten children and most small animals. But then being that close to the horse drawn carriage, I could always blame it on the horse.

It's so noisy, the ___________ won't go there because of the __________

I was gonna reply to the original post but your post really deserves its own thread  . I'd love to see everyones response to Gene in your Match Game theme post. Come on, post that again in its own thread.:thumbsup2

Unless you go to bed at 9pm you will be fine the Fort is pretty quiet after 10pm,

Sure am glad I didn't get the 100 or 200 loop. They placed me back in the 800 loop since we have pets. The ferry from the marina blows his horn constantly. He blows it on the way to the dock, then when he gets there, then when he leaves. You are always hearing that horn and its loud enough in the 800 loop, I would hate to be as close as the 100.

Boy have they cleared out all the bushes in FW. Almost like camping in a field now, no privacy at all. In one of the pamplets, it said they were clearing out plants that was not native to the area. When did palmettos not become native to Florida?

Went to Epcot today and no crowds at all. Campground has a lot of empty spaces and the bike barn has golf carts stacked up everywhere. Probably will fill up this weekend. Made reservations at the Trails End restaurant last night but didn't really need to. Wasn't more than a hand full of folks eating there. Good time to be here, kinda reminds me of the old days when you could visit this time of year and beat the crowds.

Vacancies on both sides of me. Hmmm, wonder if someone tipped them off about my gass problem at night?
