How nice of Universal!!!!!

Well, I just went out to get my mail and my little boy says "Daddy, What did Universal send?" As I look at him like "what?" we received three 4 postcards. There was one for each of us giving us an additional discount at the parks as new annual pass holders and the fourth card was a happy birthday card to my wife giving her free dessert at the full service restaurants on her next visit.

I love that! That made us feel special!

They really DO love their annual passholders. a few weeks after the trade center attack, Universal phones my daughter (she was 18 at the time) just to see how she was doing, see if the tragedy affected our plans on returning etc.. and then said "We love you" at the end of the conversation. It seemed kind of odd since we live in Alabama! Linda

It is so great!!! I agree. I am so happy we took the plunge and bought the passes. We are already talking about when it comes time to renew!!!!

We will definitely make use of these!!!

lol no fair!!!...we never get the birthday postcard! lol they had 5 chances...3 last year and my parents' birthdays this year and nothing. Well, let's see if I get something for my birthday...probably not though

We only get the newsletters for being AP holders.
