How MVMCP tickets are received

Quick question. We are going to MVMCP for the first time this year. We've already purchased the tickets but I'm not sure how we actually take posession of them. Do we get the tickets when we check into the resort or do we get them in the mail?

We went last year and I ordered the tickets on line and they came in the mail. Plastic ticket that had MVMCP on the back and the date. I am not sure how early they came. It was a great time and I cant wait til someday I can go again. I would watch more of the Christmas shows and special things and do less rides. The parade was awesome and so were the fireworks.

I called to book my Dec. trip about two weeks ago and booked the MVMCP at the same time. The credit card type tickets came in the mail just barely a week later.

Just got mine! I ordered them last Sunday and got them yesterday! I was surprised they came so quickly.

we ordered ours a week ago and havent gotten anything yet... but they do come in the mail unless u have an AP - if so u can get a discount, but they hold tkts at "will call" in disney untill ushow em your AP annual pass.

Do you get to keep the cards? This is our first time to Disney and I thought they would be nice to add to my scrapbook of the trip.

Thanks for the responses. You all have been a big help. I hate being out of the loop on things and now I know to check the mailbox! I'll be so excited once they get here. We ordered them last Monday so from the look of things we should be getting them this week!

We chose to have ours held at Will Call so our first day we will stop and pick them up.

Depends on when you order them. If there is time, they'll mail them out. If you call the day before, you pick them up in person.

Yep, you get to keep them! I got to keep mine from the Halloween party anyway. I also keep my parkhopper tickets

I was hoping for something at least a little christmassie when I got them, but lo and behold, it's got 'The Incredibles' on it Was hoping, dare I say 'expecting' mickey with a santa hat or something

I am making a book for my daughter for our upcoming trip and I haven't received my tickets yet, as my TA will send them with our luggage tags. I would like to get it and put it in her book.

With Will Call you can get them at any Guest Services location; even at your resort.

I suppose I can. I dont know if it's just where I ordered mine like 3 months ago, or if they dont have x-mas type ones, but mine just has a picture of The Incredibles on it. Doesnt say anything at all about MVMCP on them.. Still want the picture?

They haven't been a holiday theme since 1995, unfortunately. I guess it's much cheaper to use their bulk supply.

Hmmm...i'll have to take another look at mine. I could have sworn they were a bit "festive". I know they were silver....
