How Much Would You Charge/Pay?

I just got asked to do this cake for someone I know:

She ordered a cake from me about 2 months ago for her daughter's first birthday (it was a 3 tier buttercream cake with fondant accents and a matching smash cake - I charged her $100). Here's a picture of that one:

What would you charge for this one? I know it's not as big as a 3 tier but it's going to have a lot more detail than the last one I did for her...

Ugh, I hate pricing out stuff like this! TIA for the help!

I would probably base it on hours...like if the last cake took you 10 hours and you charged 100 then $10 an hour and this cake would take you 15 hours so $150...

But I would probably add in the cost of material and then add on a reasonable hourly rate.
