Highest price I could find was a big farm selling at $370K, but I think it was mostly because of the land (20+ acres).
Is it 1/2 acre, 3/4, etc? Or you can describe it like a "normal" subdivision lot with the houses close, or more spread apart, etc I know there's a picture, but it's kind of hard to see how far the house are from each other. Also, how updated are the kitchen and baths? The one car garage would hurt the price around here, at least for a house that big.

This is a pretty desireable neighborhood to live in, and unfortunately, the house will be long gone by the time we're ready to buy.
It's $87,500.
We're looking to spend around $100K, and that ought to buy us a BIG ol' house!
OMG!!! where i live you can't even buy a tiny, nasty, old, run down, one bedroom condo for $87,000. even the nastiest one bedroom is over $100,000.Tigger&Belle said:How big of a lot?
