how much would it cost to get all the princesses together in 1 picture with my boyfriend in a hugh hefner robe? or would disneyland do that for free on request?

wow. interesting request!
Honestly, I really don't see it happening - not all the princesses at once - and I've never heard of paying to see characters.

Sorry, but it was officially over on Dec. 31, 2008.

And I'm pretty sure that your BFs fantasy was not one of the official 'dream' prizes in any case - the Year of a Million Dreams promo was a random prize giveaway.

Ariel's Grotto has the princess thing and you could take the robe into the park as baggage like in a backpack. Tell the CM that you would like a picture with all the princesses as a joke or whatever. Be creative. The only other place would be at Princess Faire. The ladies work hard greeting guests so that would be the only places I know of that you could do that, possibly.

I know he could get a picture with at least one princess at a time. Maybe photoshop a picture, not sure.

Seriously because of the "implication" behind the robe I doubt Disney would touch that photo opp. Most likely they would call the Robe a costume, which adults are not allowed to wear in the parks.

He could try the costume during the Trick or Treat party and try to get photographed with the princesses available but that is the only way I see it happening.

My suggestion dress up yourself and your friends as princesses for a party and pose with him. Otherwise sorry that will be a tough dream to fufill without photoshop ;)

This isn't a "dream" they would have given you and I highly doubt that even if money was no object you could make this happen. You could eat at Ariel's Grotto but there you see 1 Princess at a time, you could go to PFF but you only see a couple at a time there. I really think this is a "dream" your DBF will have to forgo.

The ToT party is in DCA, we didn't see any Princesses when we went in 07. DL guests are not allowed to dress up on Halloween, or any other time unless they are under 12.

Sorry I should have specified that ToT was in DCA :) But when we went last year I swear we saw a princess or two. But with all the shiny and fun stuff its hard to remember what I saw.

Very highly unlikely that you could "special arrange" it.

is the year of a million dreams over? i mean its a pretty big dream for my boyfriend
Yes it's over and it was not really a "create your own dreams" so much as win pre-set dreams.

That said, your best shot is either to find a gathering of Princesses and have both of you standing in line with your BF wearing the robe, as a jacket sort of, over his clothing. Then just take the picture. Stating "Hugh Hefner" style will probably pull any chance as it is very non-Disneyesque.

And then there's my approach: Get a picture of all the princesses. Get a picture of BF. And PhotoShop away!

We saw princesses at ToT, but it was pretty much like what they have at PFF, but only 2 princesses and they posed together. We saw Belle and Pocahontas together and Mulan and Ariel together.

OP, I agree with the PP's. I think your best bet is photo shop.

I like the photo shop idea. I don't think it would be appropriate to take a picture like that at Ariel's Grotto. You can call and ask though.

Agreed. I've been to a few Disney auditions for face characters and they're very strict as far as what can and can't be associated with the Disney brand (like if you work overseas at a park [they put you up in company housing] and you're caught by Disney doing something that isn't 100% approved by Disney then you will be sent home no questions asked) and you're not allowed to ever confirm that you are portraying so-and-so at a park, nor are you allowed to do things like smoke in the costume (even if you're backstage on a break). Since Hugh Hefner is associated with Playboy, and the smoking jacket that you wish to use is meant to represent him, you are attempting to associate the Disney Princess brand with Playboy, something that I don't think Disney would be thrilled about.

You can always have your bf pose with his favorite Disney princess in the parks and then photoshop his body wearing the robe into the picture. Adults (myself included) have never had a problem getting their picture taken with the princesses.

i dont see it happening at disney..... try the photo shop or maybe get friends or pay a few "actresses" to dress up and do it.....

They wouldn't do it, the don't even let the princesses have cleavage they would never let you do something that had that much of a sexual reference. :sad2:

There are VERY strict rules about what Cast Members can do when in front of guests (not eat, drink, chew gum, to name the most basic).

Two things pop into mind about your comment above:
1 - "behind the scenes" - VERY different than in a photo with a guest
2 - "former employee"

I know it's his dream/fantasy, but the closest you will probably come is the suggestions above about wearing the robe over clothes and trying for a photo op when the princesses are out and about.

Or.... hire someone who knows PhotoShop.

From working somewhere with a pretty wild reputation, I can say while some things do happen, 99% of the time they are greatly exaggerated. I also know a lot of former employees and stick with my above statement.

Besides what happens back stage will NEVER happen front of house! Disney has very strict rules, in front of and behind the curtain and I stick with its not going to happen sorry.
