What is so strange for me this time is that I am ONLY losing weight during "that time". Last month I was on phase one of Southbeach and lost 15 pounds and did not lose again until this month when I lost 5 pounds. THIS IS WEIRD!!!!
I usually gain 5 - 6 pounds and crave everything. It is so hard when you are on WW and you bounce up. Of course, I lose 5-6 pounds afterwards but it is so frustrating. Last month I craved cashews (I couldn't stop!).
Typically 3-5lbs, usually overnight. And different months bring different cravings. Sometimes it is chocolate, sometimes it is salty things. Isn't being a woman fun?!?!
Usually 3-4 lbs. a week before and none of my clothes fit because my belly is bloated. Yes I crave sweets mostly Chocolate cake & cookies. But usually I just fight the cravings because I need to lose 10-15 lbs. to reach goal weight. Also I will have TOM on my vacation in 12 days I guess I'll look like cow in my photos and my shorts will be tight too.
