How Much Travel Time?

I have the transportation wizard link. I'm wondering how much time to allot from place to place--without having to look it up all the time? Also, HOW to get where we need to be? We have several ADRs at the resorts and appointments. Is there a guide or anything that might help rather than having to go online?

I always figure an hour from place to place. It's not usually that long but that leaves you "wiggle room"
