I have a van picking us up at the airport. We are going to have the grocery stop and there will be a total of 10 people, 3 families. How much do we tip?
Make sure the tip isn't already included - it appears as if some companies automatically include the tip.
When we used a company in June 2004 - we paid the total bill up front - but only gave a one-way tip....figuring we would give the other one-way tip to whatever driver also took us back.

15% is on the low end, particularly for those of us in the NYC area!
I said 20-25% because of the grocery stop and the fact that 10 people are involved.
Good point, and the OP should be aware that you should tip 20-25% (or whatever percent) of the one way fare each way, not of the round trip fare each way!
Based on the grocery stop and the large amount of luggage, I'd tip $20 on the way to WDW and $15 on the way back. Maybe even if bit more if the driver doesn't want you to have to handle the luggage at all.
That sounds very reasonable. I just wanted to make sure you realized you needed to tip "both" ways - cuz you will probably get 2 different drivers. Good luck - and have fun
