How much to tip for massage?

DH and I are going to a local hotel for our 17th anniversay. We are doing a couples massage for $210. How much should we tip?

I would tip $20-$40 depending on how good the masseuse is. So about 10-20%.

20% is pretty standard (or so I have heard from a massage therapist).
