How much to mail from U.S. to Canada?

Does anyone know how much it is to mail a standard envelope from the United States (Ohio) to Canada (British Columbia)? I am having trouble finding the answer. Thanks for any insight!

I think the answer is 63 cents. here is the US Postal Service rate calculator.

Would a standard envelope with just a letter in it be one ounce? Maybe I will just put 2 or 3 stamps on it and assume that will be enough.

It used to be 60 cents (we lived in the US recently) but the prices went up in January, so 63 cents US is probably right. This may seem obvious, but you didn't say - you need to put US stamps on the letter mailing from there to here. I wouldn't bother putting more than one 63 cent stamp on it - if it's just a regular envelope that amount should do.


Post cards are cheaper - they used to be 50 cents - but check the rate increase before sending them.

ooops - just realised you are from Ohio - so yes, you'd be putting on US stamps! sorry!
