How much to budget for tips?

Ok, so we are going Sept 18th-26th, on the Deluxe Dinning plan. We generally tip 20% at nice sit down places around here, and more if the wait staff is exceptional.

I can figure out how to budget for our table services but I still have a few questions. We will be attending the Hoop Dee Doo and the Luau....How much should we tip at these?

Also, what about buffets? We will be going to quite a few Character breakfasts, and a few buffets for lunch or dinner. How much do you tip at a buffet?
