We want to do BOMA breakfast & Trails End dinner.....we might end up having to do these on the same day. I highly doubt we will be eating any lunch that day - seriously! I just don't know what times to choose - if I schedule a 10am breakfast buffet, does a 6pm dinner buffet seem doable?

Are you planning on snacking at all during the day?

I usually allow about 60 minutes for a buffet, so you should be finishing breakfast around 11:00 am. As long as you aren't planning on snacking, I think a 6:00 pm dinner is probably fine. If it were me, I would probably aim for a 9:00 am breakfast, have a light snack around 2:00 pm and then do dinner around 7:00 pm. But if you forgo the light snack, then dinner at 6:00 pm is probably fine.
