How much time to allow for various restaurants?

I have reservations at Boma for 7:40am. Can I reasonably expect to get out of Boma and AKL by 8:30 so I can make it to AKL for rope drop at 9?

What about other morning buffets like Crystal Palace? Or regular TS like Kona for breakfast?

possibly - IF you are seated on time, and you eat quickly, and the bus hits just right....you can make AK for rope drop (Make sure you tell your server you are anxious to leave so you get your check early so you can pay and hoof it out of there)

We allow an hour for a TS breakfast. Sometimes done early, but usually an hour works for us.

I would allow at least an hour for CP if you want to see all the characters. Kona, same, maybe less since you get ne plate vs. going up for a little sumptim sumptin at the buffets
