We are getting the MYW tickets with the plus option. I'm trying to visualize this whole Disney Quest attraction and I need to know how much time people spend there on average... Hold old are your kids? Which ages enjoy it most? My girls will be 12 and 16 then...

Thanks for any help!

We went to DQ and spent a good 4-5 hrs there. You usually want to try everything once, and then go try your favorites again. Enjoy!

We were in there so long that my DH got a really bad headache and we were forced to leave. I was bored within a couple of hours, but DH is a real game player.

We went over Christmas with my 11 year old boy/girl twins. It wasn't very crowded on the day we went. My Family stayed from open til close, and I left around 5pm. You can leave, and come back in. We did that for lunch.

If your kids love games you could be there forever! I shop as I am bored quickly or eat yummy snacks upstairs while they run around it is sensory overload in there easy to get a head ache and it is huge- we avoid the coin-op part but still spend lots of time- it is crowded at night as price goes down- if yo don't mind losing a sunny day go at open on a nice day and it will be empty then you can move along. Rain and nights it is mobbed. The create area is awesome for girls! Boys too!

We're planning a day there. When Chicago had a Disney Quest we were there all day.

Our last trip we spent from opening to closing there. Our kids DD 13, DD 12, DS 10, are already saying to make this a top priority. It can be sensory overload, but with a child with Aspergers Syndrome, we have become pretty good at finding the "quiet" activities wherever we go. They have a wonderful "Animation Academy", where you will learn from an animator how to draw a character. For a very small price, you can purchase a print-out of your drawing, with a certificate all framed. My DD most prized possession! You can design your own rollercoaster, and then ride it in a simulator. They have cameras inside the simulator so you can watch your kids/husband riding. You can purchase a tape that has two screens side-by-side, one showing the people in the ride, and one showing what they are seeing on the screen in front of them. Our DS was too small to ride the simulator, so the CM gave him a certificate instead. We purchased the tape that had the coaster my son designed which my two daughters rode. They also have a great place with old '80s style video games that don't require money. Boy did that bring back memories! The Pirates of the Caribbean ride is not to be missed, we must have rode it 6 times! :cool1: Our all time favorite there. I could go on and on! LOL

Plan Disney Quest for a few days into your trip. You will welcome a nice air conditioned place for a day. Best to go on a sunny day, no crowds. If it was crowded, we may have gotten a different perspective on the place.

Is it really loud - like an arcade - there?
My DD is prone to headaches if things are too loud for her princess:

It can get loud in certain areas. We have earplugs that are attached to a U-shaped band. They hand around the neck until needed, and then the kids can put them in when they feel like they want them. We never travel anywhere without them. I didn't notice my daughter needing them there though, but the crowds were small. She is very sensitive to noises.
