How much time should I give myself for an 8:00 am BOG breakfast from the Poly on a day when the monorail is running early or not? We have two 8:00 am reservations. One day the monorail starts at 7 and another day it doesn't start until 8:00. My plan was monorail one day / boat the other.... Thanks!

If the monorail is running at 7, that's going to be your best bet. Otherwise, take the boat. I usually like to leave an hour for travel time. But, from the Polynesian to MK, 45 mins should be okay. If you are able to just board the monorail as you walk up, great. Otherwise, you could be waiting for a bit. Same with the boat.
