Going from CBR to the Poly for a 4:25 dinner reservation?
I know you take the bus to MK and then take the monorail (whoohoo our first time!) to the Poly but how long does all of that take?
Thanks!

Ask your resort CM when you check in for the latest information regarding CBR to MK. Once you get to MK, you'll need to walk a short distance to pick up the monorail from the bus stop so that leg of your journey...give yourself 15 minutes for the usual monorail delays. Once on the monorail the Poly will be the third stop. I'd allow 60 minutes total to be safe and so you don't have to rush. You can always check in early and then browse the gift shops on both levels of the Poly. Ohana will give your a pager that lights up when your seating is ready. The Poly has an excellent art gallery on the lower level:) or we take a deck of cards and try to secure a spot with wicker chairs/tables just outside Ohanas. they usually have "Don Ho" performing and it's quite fun. one tip: avoid ordering drinks and appetizers while you wait. your dinner will fill you up and probably includes more than you can eat anyway! Have fun. The Poly's Ohana's is one of our favorites...we were just there last week!:cool1:

I agree to give it about 1 hour ... but you'll likely make it there quicker than that.

Generally speaking, any time you need to transfer from one ride to another, you should give it 1 hour.

I'm not sure what dzneelvr means by checking with resort CMs about the latest info about getting from CBR to MK. Resort CMs don't exactly have their finger on the pulse of bus issues, be they Disney Transport buses or especially Disney's Magical Express buses.

I would definately say 1 1/2 hr to 2 hrs. You don't want to go all that way and lose your ress. It did happen to somebody I know they were an hour late and lost there ress. They tried to explain they had to wait for the bus then the monrail but there was notheing they could do. So do allow mire than enough time. Or take a taxi there.
