We'll be flying in on Fri. night June 7th. and staying at the MCO Hyatt prior to our 7-day cruise. The next morning, the 8th, we have a Disney transfer to Port Canaveral. Does anyone know the shuttle schedule? Which shuttle (i.e. what time) should we get on ? How long does it take for the shuttle to get to MCO.

Somewhere I read that we should get on the 10:30 shuttle, but I'm worried that will get us to the port later than I'd like (i.e. prior to 12:15p boarding).

I've heard they play a video, so the time passes quickly.

Thanks,

Hi vstitt! The buses run continuously from the airport to the port, and the first ones generally leave around 9:30 to 10:00 am. It's less than an hour to the port, about a 50-minute ride, and they do play a cruise video along the way. :)

Thanks, one more question off the list. You are a wealth of information.

We actually just came back from May 4th cruise. We were all set to use the Disney Transfers, but then found out about www.happylimo.com. We canceled our transfers and took the limo from MCO Hyatt to the Port. We did the same thing, we came in on Friday night.

For a family of 4, the transfers were going to be about $184. The limo (round trip)came out to $172 and that included a stop at the Publix grocery store so we could pick up a few things to take on board (beer, soda, water). They picked us up around 10:15 at the hyatt and didn't have to wait for the bus to fill up or anything. We also put our bags on the truck that goes directly to the ship, so we didn't even have to get porters for our bags once we got to the port.

I would definitely recommend happy limo for the round trip. When we got off the ship, we returned to the same location where the limo dropped us off and they were waiting for us with a sign with our name on it.

I definitely encourage you to check into this, unless you would enjoy the bus ride with a bunch of noisy kids.
