Going to WDW in mid-may with DH and 4 and 6 yo. We are arriving at 3:15(scheduled arrival-flying Song). We have a 6:15 PS at Boatwrights. I wanted to make it earlier but CM told me that I would not be able to make (timewise) an earlier seating. By eating this late, it will probably be too late to take a carriage ride unless I want to take it in the dark. Since the "Magical Express" beginning in early May this will be our transportation from the airport. Does it really take 3 hours to get from MCO to POR and check-in? Supposedly, Disney will be taking care of the luggage and it will arrive safely in our room with no hassle on us.(hopefully-ha ha). Does anything think we could safely do an earlier PS?

It's hard to predict. You may be the 1st resort dropped off or you could be the 4th. I would leave your PS as is and if you get there early, just go to the restaurant and see if you can get a table. I don't think Boatwrights gets real crowded. It doesn't get dark until about 8:30 in May so you will still have plenty of time in daylight.
