It's been a few years since we did a Character breakfast. My son doesn't believe they are "real" anymore *pout*. But I'm trying to convince my Mom that we should do one in October. I think my brother would get a kick out of it (he's mentally disabled, and he loves the characters!).

She's giving me the song that it's too expensive. I remember it not being cheap, but I can't remember what it cost. Anyone remember?

I think its' 28.99 for adults and 11.99 child for dinner and:
21.99 and 11.99 child for breakfast/brunch.

Actually, the price for dinner has gone up. We're going early Oct and was quoted $39.64 for adults and $17.34 for children ages 3-9. Both prices include tax & tip. I don't know what the prices are for breakfast/brunch.

Yes, the brunch price is still the same as above in May. I just hung up with them to make our Goofy's Kitchen brunch reservations for next week. $27.25 for adults and $14.86 for children, both including tax & tip.

Am I reading that correctly? Did you say it cost $40 dollars per person for a charcter dinner?:scared1: Whew! That's a lot of money, IMO. I was always tempted to try that place out, but I don't know after reading your post.

Yup, sorry to say, that's what I was quoted when I made my PS for Oct. The prices apparently went up or are going up sometime this month. I'm not sure of the exact date but I also read on another board that prices for all the character meals will be going up. We also have a character meal that was prepaid in advance through AAA (Ariel's Grotto), but Disney will be honoring the lower price. Sure wish we had arranged the Goofy's Kitchen meal through AAA also. We only decided on Goofy's after we had already booked our AAA pkg.
