How much of this scenario is correct with be booking, borrowing and a possible cancellation

Wondering if I have the following correct in a hypothetical booking scenario for next year with my OKW contract, (that I hope passes ROFR, of course) 40 points, with September use year. I am really trying to learn this stuff.

two studios
use 2018 points and borrow 2019 points

If I needed to cancel and I did so on or before November 15, 2018

2018 points- would be returned to the regular account to be used by August 31, 2019 or could be banked by April 30, 2019 to be used in the 2019 use year. Those points would then only be able to be used between September 1, 2019 and August 31, 2020?

2019 points- since these points were borrowed they will have to be used by the end of the 2018 use year, which will end on August 31, 2019.

If cancelled on or after November 16, 2018

All 80 points will go into a holding account. The points will have to be used by August 31, 2019. But any reservations made will have to be no further out than 60 days before check-in date. If the points are not used by August 31, 2019 they will be lost.
