How much of dues for property taxes?

Does anyone know how much of our dues goes to property taxes? I know we got an annual dues statement that had that information, but of course, now I can't find it. I found an old statement from 2002, from our points at VWL, and at that time it was 76 cents per point (roughly 20% of our dues). Is that about the same percentage now, both there and other resorts (specifically BCV)? Thanks.

You need to know the breakout per point for the 2004 taxes and then you can multiply by the points you own. Which resort(s) do you own...maybe someone can give you the per point cost. Actual 2004 Property Tax for OKW is .8756 per point. Vero is .6554

We own at 2 resorts, VWL and BCV. Fortunately, there've been some other people with the same problem as me, from what I read on these boards. So I THINK I've got the information now. But I'd really appreciate it if someone could just tell me if this is right: BCV=0.8667 per point; VWL=0.857 per point.
How does that sound?

VWL it is for 2004.

2005 is .8539 for VWL.

[SIZE="+0"]I only just had another member (thanks, scduckman!) pass the VWL Actual Tax info to me in another thread. So, yes it seems it is $0.8570/point.

Just an FYI, the number that spiceycat gave above for the 2005 year is only an estimated figure. We won't know the Actual number until after Xmas this year when we get our 2006 Dues bill.[/size]
