How much of Aulani is declared?

After seeing news of the newest declaration for Riviera, I'm just curious how much of Aulani is declared. No interest in buying there, but it'd be interesting to know how much is declared and when the last declaration was. I tried finding something on dvcnews and other similar sources, but couldn't find anything recent.

The increase in 2022 is due to a great deal they offered 300 points for $133 a point. Otherwise it would be way less. A lot of people jumped on that deal.

As the news pointed out in the end, DVD would not hurry to sell since there's high demand of booking with cash. I was told that Japanese tourist loves it, at least for the pre-covid era.

Florida may be different, but in FL there is a different tax treatment for undeclared (not yet put into service) and declared (put into service). If Hawaii is similar, it is probably all declared, because I think Disney is using the unsold rooms as hotel inventory. They may have certain floors that they never use, but I have never heard that that is the case.

Reading the article that Great3 linked to, it sounds like they underbudgeted in '18 so the additional sales that year showed up in '19 numbers.

I doubt they want it to sell anytime soon as its always packed and they are keeping all the cash. The rooms prob stay in better condition also with the extra housekeeping on cash stays.

Don't know if I quite agree with room probably staying in better condition since I think the timeshare owner take care of rooms better because they recognize everything comes out of their MF dues. But it doesn't matter what you and I think, DVC/Disney is going to do what's best for them, and that is charging the unbelievable room rates they people actually pay for.

So, when does Aulani sells out; maybe by 2030, but somehow I think it's going to take longer than that since DVC keeps raising the base price per points thru-out the years.
