How much is your 2013 WDW vacation going to cost you?

We are going in July. 4 adults and two children. AKV two bedroom savanna view for 8 nights with deluxe dining plus airfare from Kentucky and Arizona: $12000. I could break it all down when I get home but from my phone I only know the total. This is a major splurge trip for us.

Right now we are booked at Art of Animation in a Little Mermaid room in September. This may change if discounts are released for September and LM rooms are excluded. Our total is right at $2000 (after factoring in 5% discount with Target red card) for 2 adults, one child for 5 nights and 6 days with regular table service dining and 5 day non parkhopper tickets. Gas will cost us roughly $200 roundtrip. Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique will cost approximately $60 and Pirates League is $35ish I think. We spend very little on souvenirs anyway but our 6 year old has some birthday money from grandparents for that. $100 or so for tips and one out of pocket quick service meal since gratuity is included at CRT and we only have to tip at 3 table service restaurants. Grand total: $2400 or so which is about the same as what we spent 2 years ago in October, 2011 for our stay at Pop with free quick service dining upgraded to table service. The difference is that this trip is one night less and one less child going this time. As I said, though, if/when discounts are released, these numbers may change for the better.

MYW plus Dining Package

2 Adults
5 nights 6 days All-Star Movies, Standard room.
6 Day Park Hopper Passes

Without airfare (waiting for Southwest's fares for December to be announced next month), the total is:
$1871.16.

I'm expecting to have around $800.00 in spending money, which brings the total to $2671.16

I wouldn't be surprised if the airfare winds up setting me back another $6-700.00 bucks for the two of us. I'm paying for both of us-it's a birthday present for my sister, sort of. :)

Yikes! Some of you are spending more for your Disney vacations than I spent to take 4 adults (me, DD, DSIL and DS) to Scotland for 10 days....I don't think I will ever get a dining plan since I rather spend my time around the parks than sitting in a restaurant. And the amount of food is more than any of us would want....think that is the heat!!

I'm @ work so I don't have the breakdown. Not counting spending money: $4,995 May 26th - June 2cnd. POR GV. DDP w/table service. Airfare from Boston. Water Park & More!!!!! Myself ds 9 and Twins 13. :)

Airfare for three from ORD to MCO: $800
8-Day park hoppers (2 adults, one child, free baby): $1100
7-night one bedroom Savannah view at AKV Kidani: $672
Food and Misc: $1000-1500

Total: $3572-$4072

- 6 nights/7 days at PORS for family of 5
- 4 day base tickets (no park hoppers)
- meals & spending money
- driving to/from Disney
- MNSSHP

About $4500; I'm planning a budget of 5K though to be safe.

If my daughter doesn't come (she's out of college now & looking for a job so we don't know what the employment situation will be) figure more like $3800 for 4 of us.

But I always over-estimate (which is good, because I feel better when I come home with money in my pocket, lol. Even if just a couple hundred bucks).

2 rooms POFQ sv
5 adults, 1 child
7 day base tickets
no dining yet
$4900
plus $2000 for airfare

This thread makes me feel really bad...I never budget these things. We try for the lowest prices on just about everything we have some control over, and then we just go. I guess that's probably pretty bad...

Same here. Just get the best deal possible and go. Try not to buy a ton while there. Each kids one souvenir and a new pin. That's my budget. :)

We are going August 3-12. Staying at the Poly. There are 5 of us. Dh, me, dd12, ds9, dd7

For our room and 5 day park hoppers plus 1 day waterpark it is going to cost

$4694.23

Add in airfare:

$1500

Then about $1200 for food.

We are not doing the dining plan since I find it a waste of money. My oldest is a Disney adult but wouldn't eat the adult meals. We just came back from Florida (drove) and stopped for dinner in downtown Disney Friday night. We ate at Wolfgang pucks express. It cost us $55. But we realized that Dh and I could of easily split the meals we got and saved $15. And my girls could of split their pizza as wel. Plus we all got soda and I will most likely drink water and save my soda that I might want for when we use the resort mug.

So about $8000...eek....

Nov 4-12
AoA suite
5 of us, well 4 by Disney standards (DH, me, DD7, DS5 & DS2)
8 day park hoppers

$5143

airfare - $1300
additional food, tips and souveniers - $800 (I (over)estimate $100/day)

Any kind of discount sure would be swell.;)
