Too Much!

December 14-20th at WL. will be our 6th trip this year.

My wife and I usually take 3-4 solo trips and take our Daughters and their families at least twice annually. (Both have a Husband and one - 1 yr old each) We all have annual passes and I'm not including flights & car service.

AP's for Six = $3900
Feb: Wife and me: BWV - $3500
April: Wife and me: GF: $4500
July: All - BC - 3 Rooms: $12,000
Sept: Wife and me: POLY - $4000
Oct: Wife and me: AKL - $4000
Dec: All - WL - $10,000

Like I said, too much. :faint:

I was thinking adoption too! Or at least let me be your travel agent ;)

11/14-11/20 2013
1 adult 1 child
6 nights Pop Century
6 day base tickets
2 round trip plane tickets from Milwaukee via Southwest
No Dining Plan - food will be xtra, not included in cost below
$1,840

Just went last month for a week. Stayed at Port Orleans Riverside.

Room for the week, plus Magical Express bus service, air fare (Delta - Detroit/Orlando) and park hopper tickets for two adults as approximately $2700 if I remember right.

Spent another $500 on food (mostly at the food court, but a couple counter service meals at Epcot and Magic Kingdom, and a nicer dinner at Fulton's Crab House).

About $100 on souvenirs.

So, roughly $3300, give or take a few dollars.

Oops, forgot the hotel for the night before, Fairfield Inn in Detroit ($153) and dinner at Big Boy a block away ($35) plus gave $50 to my son-in-law for taking us to the airport for gas/wear and tear on his car. So adding those things in, around $3500 I guess.

to do the breakdown.....
that's 1136.00 for hotel :cool1:
980.00 for park tix :cool1:
800.00 qs food (approx.):cool1:
20.00 flights (taxes etc):cool1:
so technically more like 2926.00 for 8 nights....:cool1:
...If we go over on food somewhat that's fine, that's just what I've got as an average:cool1:

...ok,in full disclosure, here's what we did/spent on our Nov. vacation:cool1: ds1 and I flew down to FLL, visited the 'glades for 3 nights, etc etc...met DH and ds2 at WDW on a Saturday (Dolphin) and stayed for 8 nites.... food was OOP,only one buffet(Boma) qs the rest of the trip(so many great choices) we ate what we wanted, when we wanted, and didn't worry about cost once we got there, since we knew the average food costs(thanks allears):cool1: Total cost for trip, which totaled 12 days (incl. travel days) was 3357.00:cool1: (this total includes airport parking, dogsitters, airport food, etc, various car rentals...
I will rethink the rental car thing next time, I think it would have been smarter to just pay a shuttle to/from MCO after all.....
This total averages out to 70 per person, per day all inclusive...and we had SO much fun together,it was priceless!:cool1:
