How much is USO/IoA parking?

I'm trying to decide whether to get us all the Power Passes that do not include parking, or get one of us the mega AP that does. I've searched these boards, and the Universal site and can't find parking fees anywhere.

I did find one thread that spoke of $4 preferred parking or $8 valet parking with the AP, but it fails to mention how much is saved on basic daily parking with the AP.

Too bad there doesn't seem to be an annual parking pass available.

Parking is $8.00, preferred is $4.00 more.

You do not pay to park at all in the garage with an AP. Valet is 8.00 with AP.

I personally do think there is nothing "Preferred" about it since it is on the 3rd level and much of what is close to the crossover is handicapped. You could still end up in the last row and have to walk just as far as if you did not pay for "Preferred."
