You do, b/c you purchase the photopass in the shop, and DVC members get a discount in the shop. At least this was the case during both of our previous visits (most recent was 2018).

Its it tied to a wristband? And can you bring WDW wristbands to aulani for this? Last question, what if you are an annual pass holder, is it free?
