How Much is SURCHARGE for PRIX FIXE? 2013 DP

Hi We are planning on eating at Les Chefs and Capt Grille both of which have a Prixe Fixe menu. I see in the DP brochure that they now charge a surcharge. Does anyone know how much this it? Thanks

There are none, except at Marrakesh and Monseiur Paul's (those are the only ones with surcharges that I'm aware of)
