How much is DVC?

I just requested info on the DVC, but I was wondering how much it cost up front and then how much the yearly dues is.

prices for resale listings are in a link in the top right of this web page.

prices direct for AKV or SSR run about $104 per point (minimum of 160 pts) with varying promotions reducing the cost by at least $8-10 per point.

dues/maintenance fees run from $4.21 per point per year up to over $6 per point per year at vero beach.
