How much is a portofino or villa suite at the PBH?

If you get a portofino or villa suite, how much do these run?

IOA Central only has the 2002 rates. By season (Value/Reg/Holiday) the Portofino Suites ran $625/689/729. The Villa Suites ran $825/889/929.

A tad bit too steep for me (just a tad )
