How much extra time for allergy/GF meals at parks?

I am just wondering how long it typically takes to eat at one of the counter service places in the parks if you have special dietary needs like allergies and needing gluten free? How does it compare to a table service restaurant? Just curious about others' experiences before I plan out our meals. We have little kids and I am wondering what our plan should be to minimize our meal time and time waiting on food.

I think we waited about 15 minutes or so after ordering. Table service no idea as all the food came out at the same time.

It really varies by location and what you're ordering. If you're ordering something off the menu that doesn't require alterations and just requires a manager or chef grabbing food that hasn't been exposed to allergens then it'll only be a few extra minutes which really is just waiting for a manager and reviewing an allergy book or waiting for a chef and discussing options depending on the location. If you're ordering something that has to be fully cooked then it could be 10-20 minutes depending on the foods and the kitchen. It is SOOOOOO worth the wait.
