I have tried and tried but can not get the website to work. I'm not going to call or anything because I'm looking out of curiousity rather than anything else - we are planning a trip to WDW and wont have the money for DLP for years after!

Anyway, I can work out how much it would be for my husband and myself to stay at DLP :lovestruc but not how much to get there!

So bearing in mind I don't need a specific - just a ballpark figure from London?

Thanks for putting up with me!

Rule of thumb : the sooner you book, the cheaper it gets.

there is a direct train leaving London at 10:15 (uk time) and arriving in Marne La Vallée at 2pm (french time)
all other trains have a change

if you book 1 month in advance, the fare is £64.50 (non flexible = non refundable, non exchangable)
you also have the semi flexible rate, (exangable before departure for a fee) at £89.50
and the fully flexible (exchangable, refundable, up to 2 months after scheduled departure) £139.50

those prices are PER PERSON, and ONE WAY

a return ticket purchased one month in advance will be roughly £200 (prices will depend when you travel, weekdays or weekend days)

if you book more in advance, like 2 or 3 months, a one way ticket can get as low as £34.50 (per person, one way, indirect) or stay at £64.50 (one person, one way, direct)
there are also fares at £114.50 one way, at peak times.

so for a return trip on eurostar, your ballpark figure is somewhere between £70pp and £200pp depending on how soon you book, holidays, days of the week.
prices can change rather dramatically

Wow that's actually much less than I thought! Makes a nice change lol

Thanks very much!

but getting the £69 return tickets is nigh on impossible in my experience. You have to be VERY lucky to get them i think. its all in the timing.

on 2 previous eurostar trips ive never been lucky enough to get them even though ive rung eurostar and e-mailed them constantly to make sure i booked my tickets as soon as they were released. i think i have had them for around the £99 mark in the past.

my first eurostar trip cost £357 but my last trip cost £267 for 2 adults and one child so its all in the timing.

I think it all depends when you schedual your trip. I always go out of peak season in either March, May, June or early December avoiding UK school holidays and always get Eurostar tickets for £69 return.

Being flexible with your dates can help as well.

i concur!

with all the money the eurostar must make, you would think they would invest in a better website.

its the slowest website i have ever been on (and ive been on some right dodgy sites i can tell you, but dont tell the wife obviously) ;)

I know, its ridiculous! Even worse on my tablet, the mobile site doesn't even give Disneyland as an option!

And I will tell your wife, when we're on the eurostar on16th March lol

We have booked 3 months in the past before and it was not that low, it was a lot more than that as we ended up paying £450 for 2 adults and 1 child.

I have paid around £35 each way when we have booked 6 months in advance.

I have only travelled by Eurostar once and paid £34.50 each way mine was sort of last minute too but that was a few yrs back. Im fortunate as my crew mates husband works for Eurostar so I could get a cheap ticket through them
